Art on the Square ­ Art on the Square is the top-rated art fair in the country and brings in over a million dollars in sales annually. JSC supports this service by assisting with the May festival's setup and teardown, while also providing artisit hospitality, and serving as community liasions. JSC Service Chair, Briana Feole

Care Packages - JSC serves several different local agencies with this service by shopping and preparing special household needs baskets for families in the community.

Family Hospice of Belleville ­ Family Hospice provides hospice care to families with terminally ill loved ones. JSC volunteers to help provide meals and bereavement baskets to these families, and also volunteers at the Tree of Memories at Christmastime. JSC Service Chair, Tiffany Sonnenberg

Illinois Center for Autism ­ This is a non-profit, community based, mental health treatment and educational agency dedicated to serving people with autism. JSC members bake cookies, cupcakes and juice for Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day Parties. JSC Service Chair, Erika Barkhaus

Project READ ­ The goal of Project READ is to assist illiterate adult students who are trying to obtain their GED or to learn English as a second language through Southwestern Illinois College. JSC members donate book bags filled with school supplies, record books on cassettes and tutor students. Please remember to shop for Project READ when you are shopping for back-to-school! S.A.V.E. ­ S.A.V.E. (St. Clair Associated Vocational Enterprises) is a job training facility for the mentally handicapped. Junior Service Club provides support by hosting an annual Halloween Party for those clients able to participate. We provide games, activities, food, drinks and prizes. Violence Prevention Center ­ VPC serves victims of family crisis situations with primary focus on women, children and the elderly. Services include crisis intervention, prevention programs, children's programs, counseling for individuals and families and education. JSC members prepare going home kits for babies up to adult women, work in the shelter shop, work the front desk, wrap gifts for VPC fundraisers, bake cookies for VPC cookie walk, donate valentine surprises and help clean the shelter. West End Redevelopoment Corporation (WERC) - WERC is a private, non-for-profit organization founded in December 2005 to serve the neighborhoods which collectively are bounded by Routes 157, 161, 15 and 26th Street in Belleville, Illinois.  This area is more commonly referred to as the "West End."  WERC's mission is to serve as a catalyst for home ownership, neighborhood stabilization and community revitalization. JSC volunteers services to support this organization by painting, sanding, caulking or whatever is needed.
